.Quit stressing yourself unnecessarily. If you’ve done your best, then leave it to the Almighty. If something’s out of your hands, surely it deserves freedom from your mind too! Overthinking is not going to change it. Let Him work it out for you. Be prepared for the best outcome!
.Big changes can be made in small steps. If you want the change to last, then you need more than a "just do it" mentality. It needs to be slowly cultivated till it becomes part of you. Then pray hard & ask the Almighty to guide you. If anyone can help, it's the One who made you!
.Be wary of greed. And it’s not just about money. You can be greedy for material possessions, fame, compliments etc. Whatever it is, greed is a spiritual disease of the heart and is always destructive. So work on your heart to drive greed out. Learn to share, give generously!
.The Almighty’s not only the source of love but the only One truly worthy of love! People will always let us down. Impermissible relationships will end in heartbreak. That’s why when we give them our hearts completely, we end up suffering heartbreak after heartbreak! Take heed!
.Do you live your life to please others? If so, you’ll never know peace because nothing you do will be good enough. If you make decisions based on what others will think of you, it’s time for a rethink! Where does the Almighty figure in your life? Reflect! Live your life for Him!
.Life is really not that complicated. You reap what you sow. You get what you give. Whatever you’re criticizing in others, exists in you. If you’ll only recognize it. So treat life well. What goes around comes around. Make sure you give goodness, kindness & all things positive!
.Remember, Satan works the hardest when you’re about to make a breakthrough. You need to hold on to your faith, stay the course & draw yourself even closer to the Almighty. Resist the temptation, ignore the whispers; keep fighting. Build a barrier by seeking refuge in your Maker!
.Go out of your way to become a humble person. Yes! Cultivate humility. Do it with a passion. Life will test you with anything & everything. It’s easy to be humble when you’re being tested & trying to cope. But staying humble when the Almighty’s blessed you reveals your true self!
.Almighty. We pray for those suffering in the world today. May the poor & vulnerable have sufficient access to their basic needs. May those who have lost homes & loved ones be treated with mercy & compassion. Replace their panic with peace & despair with hope! Aameen.
.Whenever we find something that irritates us about others, it’s time to look inward, scrutinise ourselves. The tendency is to look outward. Resist the temptation. Remember, your reaction is about you. Your bias, your judgement, your prejudice. You’ll end up hurting yourself.
.Nothing lasts. The same goes for people who come into your life to show you a thing or two. Remember, no one crosses your path unless it’s planned by the Almighty. It doesn’t happen by accident. So cherish the moments you have with them because not everyone will stay forever.
.Learn to listen to your own voice; your own heart; your own soul. Focus on that regardless of what others might tell you. Why? Because there’s too much noise around us, loud decibels accosting us daily. Sadly, people tend to listen to all that noise instead of themselves!
.Don’t be jealous when you see someone having more than you. Remember, the Almighty blesses us differently. Don’t compare. Instead show gratitude so He can bless you with even more. Never forget that He has given you so much already; honestly, you’ll never be able to count them!
.Do you feel angry or resentful when being corrected or shown the truth? If you do, then you have a problem with pride! Be wary because even a atom’s weight of it can bar you from Paradise! So work on your heart. Purify it. Humble yourself to people. Get rid of self-importance!
.Some people feel a little lost when they don’t get enough attention from others. So they make fun of people, belittle them and say nasty things about them in order to get the attention they so badly desire. Try to counsel them if you can. Say a prayer for them. They need it!
