.Remember, the Almighty does not expect us to have all the answers. He knows, as humans, our knowledge is limited. But that’s no excuse for not seeking knowledge. He expects us to learn; have unwavering faith in Him; knowing that He’s always there & that He rewards those who try!
.Do you often feel confused and unsettled? Perhaps your heart feels like something’s amiss? Learn to cultivate inner peace by drawing yourself closer to the Almighty. Trust Him completely. He will guide you through it all. He will show you where you need to go to feel whole again!
.Don’t be foolish and expose every blessing the Almighty has given you to everyone and think that they’ll be happy for you. The truth is some will but many won’t. The evil eye is real. Learn to keep things private and not to share too much with those who could possibly harm you.
.If you’re always looking for ways to expose others, you have a problem that needs fixing. Remember, the Almighty said if you expose others, He’ll surely expose you, even if you’re hiding in the tiniest corner of the room. If you have good intentions, do it privately not publicly!
.Whatever you’re facing right now, whatever you’re dealing with won’t last. Nothing does. So get a perspective on life. Things will get better. That’s the Almighty’s promise. Tomorrow brings new hope. Daybreak will happen. Get hold of yourself and keep moving. You’ll get there!
.You’re allowed to disagree with others, state your opinion respectfully but NEVER get physical or violent. This quality makes us distinct from animals! Be civilized, listen to what others are saying but avoid knee-jerk reactions. It would save you from a whole lot of regret!
.Some people feel better about themselves by making others feel worse. Such people have low self-esteem; they seek to boost it by taking potshots at others. Be careful of this group because their ego needs to be constantly fed. They’re always on the lookout for more victims!
.Be careful of slander. It can wear a hundred masks. You could be passing slanderous information unknowingly. You may have given a negative perception of another person, or you could spice up bad news to tarnish someone’s image. Don’t do it! Don’t devalue someone’s reputation!
.Stay away from insults and profanity. Exercise restraint and tolerance. It’s not easy to respond to evil with good. But we must try our best. Even when we have the power to take revenge, choose not to. Why? Because the Almighty is gentle & loves gentleness in all matters!
.Don’t let negative thoughts take root in your mind. Weed it out quickly once you notice it. Often we think of ‘what ifs’ and negative scenarios and we worry ourselves for no apparent reason. That’s exactly what Satan wants. Learn to have faith and trust the Almighty instead.
.Focus your attention on yourself & look not for fault in others. Focus on how to be better than you used to be & not better than others. Every time you focus your attention outward, every time you choose to compare yourself with others, you will lose sight of who you really are.
Almighty. We ask You to keep us safe as the world adjusts to a new norm. Grant us courage & perseverance to face the days ahead. May faith, hope & love never leave us. Guide our hearts to comfort one another even as we keep apart. Thank You for Your Light amidst our darkness!
.A good way to fight hypocrisy in others is to fight it within yourself. Always set a good example. Let your integrity be your moral compass. Always stand up for what is right. Don't be quick to condemn others. It’s a dangerous hypocrisy trap when it turns out that you were wrong.
.We’ve all been through spiritual lows; disappointments, failures, temptations etc. What’s important is to trust that ultimately all that suffering won’t last; it will end in victory. Keep asking the Almighty for help even at the lowest points and to hold on to our faith firmly!
.Sometimes it takes humiliation to teach us the value of humility. The truth is no matter how smart, successful, good-looking you are, nobody likes a boastful person. Nobody likes arrogance or cockiness. So make a conscious effort to stay humble always. Selflessness is humility!
