.Do we reject someone only because of his skin color? Answer that honestly. The truth is nobody is born a racist. You have to be taught. Are we dealing with racism, bigotry & prejudice in our own lives, so that we can be examples to our children & those under our charge? Reflect!
.The winners are those who are happy with the way the Almighty has made them. You don't have to follow what others are doing to be considered good looking or acceptable. You ARE good looking. You ARE original. You are YOU! So just be YOU! Not someone else!
.Put an end to racism & violence. Stop labeling people. We're all part of the Almighty's creation. How difficult is it to be kind and to promote peace? It costs nothing. Let’s make a concerted effort to spread this message far and wide. Start by being a living example of it!
.Break free from old mindsets and traditions; especially those that hold us back from doing what the Almighty has prescribed for us. Sometimes we do things just because they’ve been passed down from our forefathers. Reassess your situation and why you do what you’ve been doing!
.When you regret your sins, feel sad for having committed them, and feel pain when you remember them, these are signs of faith and sincere repentance. However, after repenting, Satan will cause you to doubt the Almighty’s Mercy. Don’t despair. Don’t fall for his trick! Move on!
.Almighty. Keep our hope alive in these turbulent times. We are nothing without You. Without You, we can’t carry on & face the obstacles ahead. Give us the strength & will to confront life’s challenges. Nothing will happen without Your Will. Only You can help us move forward!
.Blesssed are those who go through so much, yet they put up a brave front & make it seem like everything is okay. They take their troubles to the Almighty, not to people or social media. They’re a rare breed in this day & age where most things get an airing on social platforms!
.Patience is key! No matter what circumstances you find yourself in, be patient. Your neighbour may be blessed with what he’s been praying for but you must remain patient. Perhaps the Almighty wants you to call out to Him just a little more. He will reward the doers of good!
.Let’s face it. There’s so much uncertainty in our lives today given the global pandemic that it’s easy to feel helpless. But no matter what you’re going through, be certain that the Almighty is watching over you. He has plans for you. He will see you through everything.
.You kept knocking at His door, nothing happened. You kept asking for that job, nothing happened. You kept asking for that promotion, nothing happened. When He gave you something way better than what you’ve been asking for, you understand the “rejection”. That’s the Almighty!
.Don’t let your grief consume you to such an extent that you forget who’s in control. Try to step away from your broken state, even if just for a moment. You’ll see things clearer; realise that you own nothing at all. Everything’s on loan from the Almighty. This world’s temporary!
.Be wary of the internet. Don't let it turn you into a cynical person. It can crush your optimism and give you a low self-esteem. Whatever you do, don’t let it define your worth. Rise above it and resist the temptation to compare what’s going on with someone else’s life!
.Such is life. One minute you’re up, the next you’re down. Today you’re counting your loss, tomorrow the Almighty will reward you with huge gains. Never despair whatever happens in life. He will remove people & things from us but He will also replace them with what we truly need!
.All the prayers you’ve been making, the dreams you’ve been wanting so badly, trust the Almighty because He has got it under control. He is going to ensure that things fall into place. He is going to make things happen that you could never have done on your own. Have firm faith!
.Make it a point to touch lives & hearts whenever you get the opportunity this #Eid. Give, forgive & apologise. If you find difficulty doing it, make a commitment & start on this blessed day of #Eid. Focus on things that matter. Cut out distractions & aim to please the Almighty!
