wal-'asriBy the time

Wal-'asr— Transliteration (Simple Tajweed)
By the ˹passage of˺ time!— The Clear Quran (Mustafa Khattab)
103:2
إِنَّ
innaIndeed
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ
al-insanamankind
لَفِي
lafi(is) surely in
خُسۡرٍ
khus'rinloss
٢
innal insaana lafee khusr— Transliteration (Simple Tajweed)
Surely humanity is in ˹grave˺ loss,— The Clear Quran (Mustafa Khattab)
103:3
إِلَّا
illaExcept
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhinathose who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanubelieve
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa'amiluand do
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
al-salihatirighteous deeds
وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ
watawasawand enjoin (each other)
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bil-haqito the truth
وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ
watawasawand enjoin (each other)
بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
bil-sabrito [the] patience
٣
illal lazeena aamanoo Wa-'amilus saalihaati Wa-tawaasaw bilhaqqi; Wa-tawaasaw bissabr— Transliteration (Simple Tajweed)
except those who have faith, do good, and urge each other to the truth, and urge each other to perseverance.— The Clear Quran (Mustafa Khattab)
